Joshua

Joshua was in the third grade and already an emotional wreck. Nervous, agitated, and upset most of the time, he viewed school as something to endure. Learning had always been difficult for him, especially reading. His mother attributed it to a reaction he had to an innoculation when he was a baby. At any rate, Joshua was in rough shape.

His mother had him use the Universal Learning System and when his eye muscles became stronger she noticed that he became calmer and less agitated. Joshua had always been uncoordinated and avoided sports of any kind. But after regularly performing the activities and exercises in the program, he was able to ride a quad and go snowboarding. Also, Joshua began trying new activities such as karate. In the past he had avoided any new situations because it was so frightening for him.

Three months of using the Universal Learning System along with the Universal Reading System, Joshua's reading score had risen two grade levels! He quit arguing and fighting about school work in general and was able to focus and cocentrate in class for the first time ever.

Joshua's reading scores continued to climb. He learned how to spell words correctly, not just for a weekly test, but also in his writing since his eye/hand coordination had improved so much. His visual memory was strong enough now that he could do math problems and memorize facts. Even story problems, something that had always tripped him up before, started to become easy. But, best of all, for the first time in his life, Joshua felt proud and confident. As his reading and math improved his grades shot up as well.

Hi,
I had learned a little bit about brain retraining in the past and it involved muscle testing. I found this part very difficult. Do you find that it is a necessary part of brain retraining or are you finding success without using that???
Thanks :)
