My son has been tagged as a child with a writing-specific disability. I believe it is Dysgraphia but this diagnosis has not come from a physician. I am not getting the help we need from his school. They seem to be focusing on social/emotional issues more than the writing issue. He has no behavior problems at school. He has gotten upset when asked to move his seat one time and he is a new student and they are worried that he has not made enough social contacts yet because he read at recess. He has made two friends so far since Sept. 1. I am interested in your product to see if we can find our own avenue to help him with his writing issues. Is this an easy program to follow without having any training in dealing with disabilities? He will be going to a physician for a referral for further testing/diagnosis soon. I am wanting to find the best way to help my child succeed even if the school cannot. Thanks, Val
