- I can not find my second month program that I have paid for. Can someone please help me?
- Being four months and change into the at-home coursework, we're looking for what your office and other users use as progress measurement. We want to make sure that the program is a good fit, and purely anecdotal/observational evaluation is ambiguous. Any ideas or guidelines will be greatly appreciated.
- I'm a 47 year old professional woman, working in the corporate environment. Until I heard on 'Science Friday' on NPR, the term 'dyscalculia', I thought I was either stupid or at the least, certainly alone with my math issues. I took this test, clearly aimed at kids and got almost 1/2 wrong. What resources do you have for adults? Thanks so much, Julia
- how soon does the product arrive?
- if i have cross dominance or hand confusion can this affect my head as i experience a heavy head. Does or is this related to epilepsy. I have possible epilepsy and i have had falls
- I have subscribed to BTP and have been using it for my son for past two months. I just ordered the Sensory learning system and Visual processing workbooks which I hope are different material than the BTP. But I can't access it as it gives this error: Access Denied You are not authorized to access this page. Please look into this issue. Thanks. Regards, Sakeena
- Do you have any testimonials to read? Is this program good for all ages of children? Thanx
- I ordered your free two-week online program. How do I get access to it?
- My son is 3.5yrs old, is this considered to young to start with your program. What is the appropriate age to start?
- I have purchased the online system but cannot find any material, what am i doing wrong?
- I was wondering where I could get my son(8) tested outside of "school". He is still not reading, and takes a long time doing his math. However, his copy work and handwriting are beautiful. His older brother was diagnosed(when he was 3) in school, was given an IEP - horrible experience (he was able to get out of special ed - but it was extremely difficult). I really don't want a repeat.
- Will this program work for adults?
- If I have my child spend more time on the activities, will that speed up the progress?
- How long should I spend on each activity?
- How are these programs any better than a learning center or a tutor that I could hire?
- Can this program work if I don't have my child do the exercises consistently?
- How can these activities help my child learn? They don't seem connected to any real academic skills?
- What age group will this system work for?

- My son has been tagged as a child with a writing-specific disability. I believe it is Dysgraphia but this diagnosis has not come from a physician. I am not getting the help we need from his school. They seem to be focusing on social/emotional issues more than the writing issue. He has no behavior problems at school. He has gotten upset when asked to move his seat one time and he is a new student and they are worried that he has not made enough social contacts yet because he read at recess. He has made two friends so far since Sept. 1. I am interested in your product to see if we can find our own avenue to help him with his writing issues. Is this an easy program to follow without having any training in dealing with disabilities? He will be going to a physician for a referral for further testing/diagnosis soon. I am wanting to find the best way to help my child succeed even if the school cannot. Thanks, Val
