States Threaten To Defy 'No Child Left Behind' : NPR

Certain American States have been veering close to the edge in regards to the ''No Child Left Behind'' scheme starting with Idaho. Said states state that decent schools will start having to make sanctions due to the ideal and will have to ignore it all together. Under No Child Left Behind many of the schools in Idaho have been lacking in passing students and the Idaho School's Superintendent Tom Luna says he won't stand for it.
