I have an 11 yos who's gifted and has juvenile diabetes. He's very verbally advanced but struggles with reading small print, struggles with spelling, and occasionally still can't distinguish a lower case b and d. He's artistic, he's a daydreamer, and struggles with memorizing math facts and other facts. It seems the brain retraining and some memory issues need to be addressed. What materials should I buy?
